Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative and correspondence support
  • Producing presentations and reports
  • Managing and coordinating meetings
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
  • Other general admin duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree or HND in any of the Humanities, Social Sciences, Secretarial Studies or Office Management.
  • Preferable Female
  • 5 to 7 years working experience.
  • Strong Administration experience (essential)
  • Strong Desktop Publishing knowledge
  • Excellent time management, organisation skills and a high attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • A flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • This role is ideal for someone who is dynamic, driven, hardworking and highly motivated.
