Support Officer at ARM Life Plc

We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Support Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • Responsible for managing the admin desk and CRM
  • Develop and manage potential and existing relationships with clients by providing excellent financial products and services that add value to clients while minimizing costs and risks to the firm

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining client data base
  • Opening/closing of client accounts
  • Processing of requests from clients
  • Handling of correspondences with clients /prospects
  • Banking transactions e.g. lodging of cheques, receiving of DITs etc
  • Regular follow ups with back office operations
  • Batching of client certificates for verification
  • Maintaining client records, files etc
  • Compiling customer service reports
  • Supporting in the development of periodic newsletters, marketing proposals/presentation
  • Any duties or responsibility that may be assigned by the Head, Business Support

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.Sc in Business, Social Sciences or related fields.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Asset & Investment Management and the Financial Services Industry at large.
  • Good multitasking capabilities
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Issues Management ability
  • Good telephone manners
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,  Excel and other spreadsheet applications, Hiport , Reuters, Bloomberg & Maximiser & HP calculator
