Job Description

  • We are looking to recruit a VP, Growth Marketing. The VP of Growth Marketing will be responsible for managing a sizable budget and team/set of agencies to deliver customer growth.
  • This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will join our executive team.
  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced and entrepreneurial marketing leader with a proven track record driving and accelerating revenue growth through customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership team and key stakeholders across the organization to define priority marketing strategies and align them with product roadmap, sales initiatives, and the overall growth strategy of the business.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to facilitate strategic pricing, product differentiation, promotional plans, and multiple channel and delivery models.
  • Combine data, technology and behavioral insights to build innovative acquisition programs that drive growth by identifying qualified customers and subsequently engaging and retaining them.
  • Understand what drives market interest and market dynamics and translate these into actionable strategy and tactics.
  • Drive conversion of prospective consumers to active customers through funnel optimization including creative, segmentation/targeting, and landing pages.
  • Develop, test, and scale high ROI digital marketing campaigns across email, SEO, SEM, and social.
  • Work with global marketing leadership (CMO, geographic marketing leads and other executive stakeholders) to establish growth strategies to support our product-line revenue goals.
  • Develop and drive all digital and nondigital marketing efforts, identifying and analyzing key metrics to evaluate success.
  • Own the strategy and execution for driving website traffic, optimizing existing and creating new conversion paths and measuring results.

Requirements, Education and Experience

  • 10+ years of developing and executing successful online direct marketing programs (paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, mobile app)
  • 5 years hands-on experience and deep domain expertise in using conversion rate optimization platforms like Google Analytics and/or Optimizely.
  • Hands-on experience with best practices in digital marketing including Search Marketing (both SEO and SEM), Social advertising, Email Marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • High-growth, early-stage marketing experience with a proven track record of scaling spend without compromising efficiency
  • Digital marketing experience required including expertise in analytics, A/B and multivariate testing, LTV modeling, etc.
  • Experience driving growth with innovative prospecting and demand generation campaigns at scale from first impression through landing page required
  • Experience identifying target audiences, working with customer segmentation and personalization, and creating campaign strategies required
